Refer to our Quick Guide for Fast Track! to get started on the new system.

IMPORTANT NEWS!

Scanner Updates

You will be able to keep your existing scanner, however, you will need to uninstall your scanner driver and download a new scanner driver prior to accessing the new Fast Track! Remote Electronic Deposit Service System. Choose the instructions for installing a new scanner driver for your specific scanner equipment type.

Watch the video tutorial for detailed instructions about using Fast Track! Remote Electronic Deposit.

BENEFITS

Quick and Easy to Use

Fast Track! Remote Electronic Deposit is a web based program that no longer requires computer software to install or maintain. Fast Track! is compatible with PCs running a modern Windows operating system and Internet Explorer. It's the fastest way to turn check deposits into cash.

Automatic

The system reads the customer's handwriting and automatically fills in the amount of the check for the deposit. The Image Quality Analysis tool confirms the presence of the date, signature, payee, and the overall quality of the image. The system automatically totals the amounts and assists in balancing the transaction prior to submission.

Duplicate Detection

Duplicate detection enables a business to accept a "duplicate suspect" and presents both the original and the duplicate for review. The Fast Track! system will review all deposits to ensure that no check is scanned or deposited twice.

Account Security

Fast Track! features multiple levels of security including password protection, Internet firewalls, and 128-bit encryption. These security measures mean increased fraud protection and better account management.

Security Questions - Help Protect Your Identity

Santa Cruz County Bank is dedicated to protecting your account information. We ask that you provide us the answer to a security question that only you would know so that we are able to properly identify you when you call into the Bank requesting your personal account information. You may choose from one of three security questions.

To set up your private security question and answer, we invite you to come by or call any of our local offices, or send us a message in Online Banking.

If you choose to send us this information in Online Banking, please send us a message by accessing Customer Service, Communications Center and choosing Requests & Messages. From the Requests & Messages screen click Ask a Question/Send a Message?, choose Private Security Question from the Message Topic drop down, and answer one of the three questions.
