Chuck MaffiaCHUCK MAFFIA has joined Santa Cruz County Bank as vice president and manager for the bank’s Scotts Valley region. He brings more than 32 years of banking experience to Santa Cruz County Bank, including 17 years as vice president and manager of Bank of America in Scotts Valley. He also served as vice president and senior client relationship manager of First National Bank in Watsonville. An active community leader, Maffia serves on the boards and finance committees of Dominican Hospital Foundation and Pajaro Valley Community Health Trust. He is also a member of the finance committee of United Way of Santa Cruz County. In 1995, he was recognized by the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce as Man of the Year.
